A: Clean your unit gently with mild soap and warm water. If you're in an area with hard water, it's a good idea to occasionally descale the unit. To descale, pour 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar over the titanium plates in the center of the base, making sure they are fully covered. Allow the vinegar to sit for at least 90 minutes, then rinse. It's best to do this descaling process once or twice a month for the best results.
Please remember not to submerge the base in water, put it in the dishwasher, or use metal brushes for cleaning

A: If you received your bottle or pitcher and it does not produce hydrogen bubbles, or it stopped. Fill your bottle with warm water and allow the PEM unit located at the base to soak in water for 24 hours. This will prime the proton exchange membrane which may have dried out stopping it from working properly.

A: Depending on which bottle you have, it will be able to generate 15 to 20 times under one full charge and it takes approximately 5-7 hours to fully charge. Remember to always use the supplied USB charging cable.
